Estimates are not contracts

A quote request, phone call, or text is a request for information. A quoted price is an estimate until both sides agree on scope and you authorize work. Nothing leaves your property unless you say it can go.

Honest advertising

Prices, hours, and reviews on this site are only what we stand behind. Any discount — including military or first responder — is confirmed with you directly for that job.

Your responsibilities

• Tell us about hazardous materials, mold concerns, or unsafe access before work starts.
• Only request service for property you have the right to clear.
• Do not use this site to harass, scrape, or attack our systems.

Disposal

We haul junk and direct donations and recycling where practical. Final disposal follows ordinary local rules and the facilities used for that job. Specific landfill destinations are not guaranteed on the website.

Limitation

The website is provided as-is for information and booking requests. To the extent allowed by New York law, we are not liable for indirect damages from website use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue for website disputes is in New York State courts in a county where we regularly do business (Oneida / Herkimer area), unless the law requires otherwise.
